My Approach
True healing begins when the connection between mind, body, and spirit is honored. This space is rooted in a compassionate, humanistic approach—one that invites deep exploration, intuitive connection, and a return to your inner knowing.
If you're moving through the effects of trauma, struggling with intimacy, navigating codependency, or feeling caught in repetitive patterns, know that you don’t have to do it alone. Healing here is not about fixing—it’s about integrating all parts of yourself with care and compassion.
Through collaborative work centered on your intuition and inner experience, we’ll draw from a range of experiential modalities including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Internal Family Systems (IFS), equine-assisted therapy, and art therapy. These practices, along with mindfulness and attachment-based approaches, support embodiment—helping you feel more grounded, present, and whole.
Together, we’ll explore how your past has shaped your present while creating space for healing, integration, and alignment with your most authentic self. This work honors your pace, your process, and your inner wisdom.
